Are there any thoughts out there about the utility of Facebook and Twitter - for example - as being useful KM mechanisms for health care environments to embrace as KM tools?
I would like to see more exploration into the usefulness of these freely available tools as testing grounds for Community of Practice development and wondered what opinions or experiences were out there that we could draw from as an industry.
