Insights from others

I had the opportunity this week to speak at a KM Chicago meeting on opportunities for non-healthcare based info pros and Knowledge managers to contribute to improvements in knowledge sharing in the clinical healthcare environment. Lots of good thoughts, observations, ideas were kicked around ... but we needed more time!

I encourage others to hold similar dialogues in their organizations / professional communites. We all have a role in improving knowledge sharing to enhance patient safety. Please see this blog as one of your avenues for dissemination.
