Ask Me 3 implementation Stories

I have a colleague who asks:

"Is anyone implementing or promoting the Ask Me 3 campaign (National Patient Safety Foundation), either at the institution or library level?

Would you be willing to share your experiences so far?

I searched the archives and found a few references to Ask Me 3, but nothing regarding programs in place.
